Alessandro Michele's expansive collections for Gucci run the gamut between elaborate and extravagant clothing like a sequined cape with fur to the kitschy like overalls with musical note patches. For SS18, the scene was set: a rave among Roman ruins and the result was strong on 80s references from the bold tailoring to eyewear that looked like bedazzled View-Masters.
